Cosma Plus offers delivery services all across Pakistan. We strive to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

2. Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days.

  • Remote or rural areas may take 3–7 working days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Confirmation

  • All orders are confirmed via call, SMS, or email before dispatch.

  • Orders that are not confirmed may be canceled.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout or informed during order confirmation.

  • We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Customers are required to pay the full amount at the time of delivery.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details (if available) will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.

7. Delivery Delays

8. Failed Deliveries

  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery.

  • In case of refusal without valid reason, future orders may be restricted.

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:
